Morning Glories maintain Lucky Ladies lead

OLDTOWN — Laura O’Brien and Kim Rusho shared the spotlight March 1 with high individual scores at the Wednesday morning Lucky Ladies bowling league here. O’Brien bowled a 198 high scratch game and a 551 high scratch series. Rusho bowled a 226 high handicap game and a 625 high handicap series. Converted splits included: Marcia York 3-10, Kelly Jo Hilliard 2-7, Stephanie Pitts 2-5-6, Francis Deis 2-7, Deborah Hilzer 4-5, Claudia McKinney 3-10, and Barb Mix 5-7.

The Morning Glories continue to maintain their position atop the league, improving to 65-31 March 1. Country Lane holds second place at 59-37, followed by Country Lane Sparklers 56-40, Golden Girls 46-50, State Line Girls 37-59, and Ballsy Broads 22-26.
