NEWPORT — Bull-A-Rama featured a fired-up set of bulls that threw most riders to the ground in mere seconds, and a select group of bull riders who lasted long enough atop the angry animals to go home with cash. In the long go category, Dalton Rudman rode Quick Draw for an 82 score worth $686.59, Jason Hodge mastered Nespelem for an 81 and $514.94, Jake Davis ruled One Eyed Jack for 77 and $343.30, Hawk Whitt bested Fender Bender for a 76 and $171.65, and in the short go category TJ Allen sat astride Road Rage for an 87 worth $995.56 and Rudman scored a 78 worth $720.92. Average payouts were: Rudman $915.46, Allen $686.59, Hodge $457.73, and Davis $228.86.
