OLDTOWN — The Lucky Ladies are back in business at OK Lanes here, and last year’s top teams picked up where they left off when they hit the pins Sept. 6. The Morning Glories, Country Lane, and the Golden Girls all started off the season with a 4-0 showing, with their counterparts Country Lane Sparklers and The New Girls in an early hole at 0-4. Kim Rusho scored high scratch series with a 486, and Patricia Shields bowled an 183 high scratch game. Jan Edgar’s 5-10, Rusho’s 2-7, Sharon Clark’s 5-7, Sally White’s 3-6-7, Betty Balison’s 3-10, 3-10, and Shields’ 5-7 made for all the converted splits on the morning.
