OLDTOWN — Thomas White scored a 242 high scratch game and 278 high handicap game at the loopers league here Nov. 22. Bill Wagner’s 550 high scratch series and 649 high handicap series were tops amongst the competition. Club Rio earned a 693 high team scratch game and 1902 high team scratch series, while Why Try Harder notched a 911 high team handicap game and OK Lanes compiled a 2422 high team handicap series. Woodwise leads the league with a record of 156.5-116.5 followed by Club Rio 146.5-126.5, OK Lanes 141.5-128.5, Win/Lose We Booz 133.5-139.5, McCroskey Defense 126-131, Why Try Harder 120-153, and Pin Ups 79-36. Converted splits included: White 4-7-9; Arlo Hoisington 3-10; Tom Hoisington 4-5-7; and Wagner 3-6-7-10, 5-7.
