Wilkinson Rentals grabs Thursday Nite league lead

OLDTOWN — With a 42-26 record, Wilkinson Rentals holds the Thursday Niters league lead after competition here Jan. 4. Area 51 stands in second place at 38-30 followed by Vacant Team 34-34, Plain Nasty’s 32-36, Odds & Ends 31-37, and Hi-Rollers 27-41.

Plain Nasty’s posted a 702 high team scratch game and 876 high team handicap game. Wilkinson Rentals notched a 1929 high team scratch series and 2499 high team handicap series.

James Huling earned a 572 high scratch series among the men, but it was Floyd Degele who racked up most of the men’s high scores with a 204 high scratch game, 245 high handicap game and 659 high handicap series.

Kendra Dodge had the women’s high handicap series with a 649. Janice Edgar earned a 187 high scratch game, 242 high handicap game and 445 high scratch series.

Converted splits included: Bill Wagner 4-5-6-10, Degele 3-10, Randy Edgar 3-10, Kim Rusho 3-10.
